Refund Policy

If you have an issue with your purchase, just drop us a line at help@colourandcotton.com and we'll be happy to assist. 

All fabric, thread and pattern sales are final. There are no returns on these items unless an item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns due to color variation/monitor differences. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of being marked as delivered to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Due to the nature of the item and copyright laws, instant digital downloads and printed patterns/books are not eligible for a refund. If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to correct it with a replacement!
